The General Real Estate Authority has published the draft executive regulations for the Non-Saudis’ Real Estate Ownership Law on the Istislaa platform for public consultation, with feedback open until August 28, 2025.
The draft aims to establish the executive provisions of the Non-Saudis’ Real Estate Ownership Law, issued by Royal Decree No. (M/14) dated 19/01/1447 AH, in accordance with Article 13 of the law.
